Dr. Jalal Bagherli joined Dialog Semiconductor in September 2005 as CEO. Prior to this, he was Vice President & General Manager for the Mobile Multimedia business unit for Broadcom Corporation and the CEO of Alphamosaic. Dr Bagherli has extensive experience of the semiconductor industry with a wealth of knowledge about the Far Eastern, European and North American markets, gained through his previous professional and executive positions with Texas Instruments and Sony.

Tudor Brown became President of ARM in July 2008 with responsibility for developing high-level relationships with industry partners and governmental agencies and for regional development. He was appointed to the Board of ARM Holdings plc as Chief Operating Officer in October 2001. In this role he was responsible for ARM's main operating divisions as well as US and Indian operations. Before that, he was Executive Vice President, Global Development, responsible for the development of ARM's regional offices, in particular in Japan and the AsiaPac region.
Brown is one of the founding members of ARM. Trained as an electrical engineer, his early career was in high speed mixed signal electronics designing industrial control systems. He joined ARM from Acorn where he was Principal Engineer, working exclusively on the ARM research and development program from 1984. He was appointed ARM's Engineering Director in 1992 and Chief Technical Officer in 1997. As CTO, he was responsible for overseeing development and delivery of ARM's processor architecture and supporting software. During this period he was heavily involved in the early licensing of ARM technology in many countries.
His many roles in ARM have given him a deep understanding not only of the technologies involved but also of the business models and Partner engagements critical to ARM's success.
Brown received an MA degree in Electrical Sciences from Cambridge University, and he holds one patent in low-power logic and is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology. Brown is also a non-executive director of ANT Software Limited, a UK company developing advanced software for multimedia platforms
John Bruggeman serves as Cadence Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. Bruggeman brings with him more than 20 years of diverse marketing experience working for innovative global companies and is responsible for corporate, product, and strategic marketing activities at Cadence.
Before joining Cadence, Bruggeman was Chief Marketing Officer at Wind River. In that role, he oversaw Wind River's product planning and management, corporate marketing, and field marketing. There he helped the company achieve market leadership and drove the company's entry into new, profitable revenue streams. Prior to joining Wind River, Bruggeman was vice president of marketing at Mercury Interactive Corporation, where he successfully revitalized the marketing organization by defining and creating a new category space. At Mercury, Bruggeman led the company's rebranding efforts and launched a new sales enablement model focused not on products, but on enterprise-wide solutions. Bruggeman has also held a variety of marketing positions at Alventive, America Online, Netscape, Lucent, and Octel Communications. Bruggeman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in statistics and computer science from San Jose State University and a Master of Science degree in mathematics from the University of Connecticut.

Mr. Clemmer became executive director, president and chief executive officer on January 1, 2009.
Prior to that, from December 2007, Mr. Clemmer was a member of the supervisory board of NXP B.V. and a senior advisor of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. Prior to joining NXP, he drove the turnaround and re-emergence of Agere Systems Inc., a spin-out from Lucent Technologies Inc. and a leader in semiconductors for storage, wireless data, and public and enterprise networks.
He also served as Chairman of u-Nav Microelectronics Corporation, a leading GPS technology provider, and held a five-year tenure at Quantum Corporation where he was executive vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to that, Mr. Clemmer worked for Texas Instruments Incorporated as senior vice president and semiconductor group chief financial officer.
Mr. Clemmer also serves on the boards of NCR Corporation and Trident Microsystems, Inc.
Guillaume joined ADD in May 2009 from picoChip where he was President and CEO.
Guillaume d'Eyssautier's career has spanned over the past 25 years in the semiconductor industry, including management positions in both Europe and the USA. Prior to joining picoChip in 2005, he served as Senior VP and General Manager EMEA at Cadence Design Systems. Prior to that he was Vice President and General Manager EMEA for IBM Technology Group (Microelectronics and Storage). Prior to that he was Executive Director, European Operations, Rockwell Semiconductor Systems and he has also held senior posts with GEC-Plessey Semiconductor, Matra Harris Semiconductors in Europe and Philips Semiconductors in the US.
Guillaume d'Eyssautier holds a MSc from I.S.E.P. in Paris and an MBA from INSEAD.
Ralf Elias is Head of Vodafone Branded Products and Terminals Innovation within Vodafone Group, one of the largest mobile operator world wide. He is responsible for the delivery of Vodafone branded products as well as driving differentiation and innovation into the Vodafone device portfolio on a world wide basis.
Before he transitioned into this role, Ralf Elias was Head of Terminals Innovation and Technology Management. In this capacity, he was responsible for the Vodafone terminals technology strategy and roadmap as well as the development of new revenue generating products.
Ralf joined Vodafone in 2004 and held numerous marketing and management positions in Vodafone. Previously, Ralf was marketing director at the EPCOS AG, Germany. Ralf led the team responsible for managing the strategic marketing with a particular focus on a new product-line for wireless terminals key components.
Ralf Elias holds a degree in engineering as well as a commercial degree.
Mr. Andrey Golushko is the Deputy General Director for Marketing and the Chief Commercial Officer at JSC Mikron the technological leader of semiconductor industry in Russia and CIS. Mikron is a head company of the microelectronics division of the high-tech corporate group SITRONICS. The IDM performs scientific research, development, production and sale of integrated circuits, including for export in strong cooperation with global leaders of the industry.
Mr. Golushko graduated from the National Economy Academy (Russia) as an economist in 1993. In 1998 received the degrees in MBA, MA&PR, MIS from the European University of Antwerp, Belgium, in 2000 - a master degree in European banking business of the European Business and Management School (Belgium).
Tim Hamer joined the IET as Director of Knowledge in January 2010.
Previously, Tim has served as Senior Vice President of Global Marketing and UK General Manager of the scientific businesses of Thomson Reuters. This role included the business brands of ISI, Derwent Publications, Techstreet, Newport Strategies Evidence, Current Patents, BIOSIS and Centre for Medicines Research International.
Tim started his career at Thomson in 1984 working for Van Nostrand Reinhold (UK) Ltd, then at Chapman and Hall Ltd followed by The Institute of Scientific Information (all Thomson businesses) in a wide ranging series of positions including Sales and Marketing, Editorial, and Product Management, until being promoted to Managing Director of ISI Europe in 1998. Following the creation of Thomson Scientific in 2002, Tim took on the international role of SVP Global Marketing and Customer Services and then the general management role in the UK in 2007. When Thomson took over Reuters in March 2008, he became SVP and UK GM of the integrated scientific businesses.
Tim graduated from Durham University in 1984 with BSc (Hons) Engineering Science and Management.
Jack Harding is president and CEO of eSilicon Corporation and brings more than 25 years of management experience spanning the semiconductor and EDA sectors. Harding co-founded eSilicon in 2000 and is responsible for eSilicon's overall leadership, strategy and management. Several years ago, Harding introduced a new business model called the Value Chain Producer (VCP) that is today a $1B market segment. In 2009, the Global Semiconductor Alliance (GSA) recognized this new market segment by creating a VCP Board seat. In 2010, Harding was elected as the first VCP Director to the GSA Board of Directors.
Harding is currently on the Board of Directors of RF Micro Devices (NASDAQ: RFMD) and the GSA in addition to being the chairman of eSilicon Corporation.
Prior to eSilicon, he served as president and CEO of Cadence during which time Cadence achieved the status of world’s largest supplier of EDA software and provided the greatest shareholder value in the history of the company. Harding entered Cadence upon the acquisition of Cooper & Chyan Technology (CCT), where he served as the president and CEO, and was responsible for leading the company to an IPO. Prior to CCT, Harding served as the executive vice president of Zycad Corporation. Harding began his career at IBM.
Thomas Hartung, Vice President of Marketing at X-FAB Semiconductor Foundries since the late 1990s leads the company’s worldwide marketing activities. Hartung brings strong technical and marketing expertise to this position at X-FAB. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Hartung served as director of product marketing at Thesys Gesellschaft für Mikroelektronik mbH, where he earlier began his career as a process engineer. He holds a diploma in physics from the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena, Germany.
Mr. John A. Heugle (born 1958) was appointed member and chairman of the management board in April 2002. With nearly 30 years of experience, he played a significant role in the successful repositioning of several companies in Europe, America and Asia. He has held top management positions with private and publicly listed companies in the electronics and telecommunications industries, including Molex Inc. and Krone AG. Mr. Heugle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Science degree in Materials Science from Northwestern University. Mr. Heugle is a United States citizen.
Lars earned his MSEE from the Technical University of Denmark in 1988. During the next 12 years he worked in aerospace business in California and Germany, directing several spacecraft antenna projects from design through manufacturing to delivery in orbit.
He joined Nokia in 2000 and has held several positions in Nokia Global Sourcing including the supply line management responsibility for the complete RF portfolio. In 2006 Lars took on his present role looking after Nokia semiconductor sourcing strategy.
Francisco Jeronimo joined IDC in June 2008 as research manager for European Mobile Devices. Based in London, he is primarily responsible for research that covers mobile handset trends across Europe. He is also responsible for the European Quarterly Mobile Phone Tracker program.
Jeronimo has been working in the telecom industry for 10 years in countries such as Japan, Finland, and Portugal. Before joining IDC, Jeronimo was responsible for the mobile devices business of LG in Portugal. He launched a mobile software development company and did project management and consultancy in mobility for several companies in different industries. Before that, in 1998, he started working for Nokia R&D Center in Japan and then in Finland.

Dr. Marced spent 19 years with Intel before that, rising to become Vice President and General Manager responsible for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. She holds a Ph.D. in telecommunications engineering from Universidad Politecnica de Madrid, Spain.

Dr. Ping Wu, one of Spreadtrum Communications, Inc. founders, has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors since its inception in April 2001. Dr. Wu also served as President from April 2001 to October 2008 and Chief Executive Officer from April 2001 to February 2009.
